We are members of ‘Open Connectiivity’, the open source ‘Internet of Things platform’, which will allow all household appliances of any brand to interact among each other, without the need of any external support. The ’Internet of Things’ is based on the concept that all objects and systems, for daily or specialized usage, can be easily and clearly interconnected, in order to share information and coordinate any kind of household activity in a smart way. This concept has inspired us in designing and equipping our appliances with the CONNECTIVITY feature: hoods and hobs by FABITA are interconnected to ensure the best air quality. Connectivity is part of our latest generation smart systems, enabling Fabita hobs and hoods to interact between each other, and to ensure maximum comfort and well-being in the kitchen space. Thanks to this interaction system, users can automatically regulate their hob and hood through active technology management, thus optimizing cooking performance and guaranteeing the best air quality level. Interaction and connectivity come into their own, when all of the features of the hood can be controlled from the hob, thus guaranteeing optimal management of the dynamism and optimization of the kitchen climate.
